Vanderbilt MS Finance Early Applicant Internship Program

In today's competitive job market, work experience can be vital to getting the job you want after graduation. Internships are one of the best ways to get this experience, and are a valuable addition to your portfolio. The Vanderbilt MS Finance Internship Program can help you prepare for your career with an internship with one of our internship partners, including Goldman Sachs, NASDAQ, Chicago Board Options Exchange and more.

The Benefits of an Internship

  • Gain valuable hands-on experience.
  • Further your career goals.
  • Develop a greater understanding of your chosen field or industry.
  • Build contacts for your career search.
  • Enhance your resume with career related experience.
  • Develop marketable skills.

How the Internship Program Works

Students accepted into the MS Finance program have an opportunity to apply for an internship with our internship partners. Internships will be undertaken the summer prior to entry into the program. Not all students will get an internship, as these positions are highly competitive. Once firms fill their summer intern positions, they will accept no further applications.

Late Fall Application Deadline:

Most firms interview for internships in January-February, so students interested in the internship programs are advised to apply to the MS Finance program early.
