Operations Strategy
MGT 475
Course Description:
Includes the importance of manufacturing strategy to overall business strategy, as well as its relationship to other functional strategies in the firm. Additional topics include management of process technology, location and capacity management, and manufacturing performance measurement and how these issues affect competitive advantage. Lectures, outside readings, guest speakers and cases are used to illustrate these concepts.
