Course Description:
Exposes students to the principles of leadership and their application in business contexts. Through experiential exercises and cases, students are given the tools to analyze and develop their ability to lead others in groups and organizations. A major emphasis is placed on the dynamics of small group processes, with students provided the opportunity to become aware of how they personally work in teams.
