Course Description:
An overview of operations management in both service and manufacturing organizations. Topics include operations strategy, process analysis, quality control, queuing, enterprise planning systems, lean manufacturing, and supply chain management. Particular emphasis will be placed on service operations including the design of service delivery systems, management of service capacity and demand, management of quality in services.
