Health Care Immersion

Health Care MBA students participated in Health Care Immersion Week October 10-14, during fall break. Their adventures included sitting in on surgeries in the VUMC operating rooms, shadowing a nurse on an evening shift at the Emergency Room, touring Vanderbilt Health at 100 Oaks, visiting Vanderbilt's Mass Spectrometry research Lab and much more. Immersion events like this one capture the culture of engagement and experiential learning of the Vanderbilt MBA program, including business immersion experiences that bring theory out of the classroom and into the real world.
