Bart Victor is the Cal Turner Professor of Moral Leadership Across the Professions for Vanderbilt University. Professor Victor joined the Owen faculty from the Institute for Management Development International (IMD), in Lausanne Switzerland where he was Professor of Management and Director of the Program for Management Development. Prior to IMD, Professor Victor was on the faculties of the University of North Carolina and the University of Nebraska. In addition to his academic experience, Professor Victor has significant experience as a manager:
From 1970 to 1979, he founded and operated Child Day Care Centers in California, Illinois, and New York. He then spent several years as a management consultant based in Washington D.C. Professor Victor is a member of several professional organizations, including the Academy of Management and the International Association for Business and Society.
