Résumé
You may submit your résumé with your online application or as a paper copy. It should be one page in length and in the form that you would normally present to a prospective employer.
Your résumé should include your name, contact information, educational background, work experience, and any other activities, interests, or hobbies that are important to you. Highlight your experiences, responsibilities, and accomplishments in a way that is meaningful, specific, and measurable whenever possible.
Work History
In addition to your résumé, we require a detailed work history as part of the online application so that we can more fully understand the organizations with which you have worked and accurately assess your career progression. As you complete the employment and work history section of the application, please do not just copy the information from your résumé, but instead provide more information about the company/organization and your role while working there.
Starting with your most recent positions, list all significant full-time positions (including military service, Peace Corps, missionary or volunteer work, etc.) and part-time positions (including summer jobs, internships, and other positions requiring more than ten hours per week) you have held since earning your first undergraduate degree.
Candidates with little or no post-baccalaureate experience should include significant jobs, internships, and volunteer work during college. For each position, provide the same information requested for your current or most recent employer and explain any significant gaps (3 months or longer) in full-time employment.
