Financial Modeling. Valuation. Pricing. Portfolio Management. And more.
The world of finance has become increasingly complex, and a deep understanding of cutting-edge methodologies is essential for success. The Vanderbilt MS Finance is a challenging quantitative program that provides graduates with these essential tools, allowing them to immediately contribute as valuable members of your team.
Outstanding Analytical Curriculum
Vanderbilt MSF students enroll in a common set of core courses, including managerial finance, investments, corporate valuation, economics, econometrics and accounting. This rigorous curriculum provides a solid foundation for quantitative analyses including optimal asset allocation, financial modeling and forecasting. Students then customize their degree by choosing from a wide array of MBA electives. Those pursuing an analyst position, for example, might study mergers and acquisitions, equity markets and financial statement analysis. Those seeking positions in trading will include courses in derivatives, bond markets and risk management. As a result, all students master advanced and relevant skills that give them the ability to succeed. Please click here to view the full curriculum list.
