On-campus Recruiting On-campus recruiting is an extremely effective way to recruit Vanderbilt MBA students. We work to make on-campus interview days as easy and effective as possible for you. At Owen, your needs come first. You will appreciate the personal touch our Career Management Center (CMC) staff members bring to a world that’s often harried and inflexible.
- You will have an account executive who is just a phone call or mouse click away. Each has specific industry knowledge and relevant experience.
- We will customize your recruiting schedule to fit your needs while remaining true to best-in-class recruiting practices.

On-campus Interviews Interviews are scheduled Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Our CMC team will handle logistics and scheduling. You can choose to post a job and select interview candidates from the students who apply. You can also select candidates on your own from our Resume Books or from among the students you have met at recruiting events. We are also happy to help you screen and select candidates. Note that Owen does not use a bidding system for interviews.

Evaluation of Your Day Our goal is to provide outstanding service to our corporate customers and our students. To ensure that the CMC is meeting your needs, we would like to meet briefly with you upon the completion of your interview schedule. We would like to know if there are ways we can better prepare Vanderbilt MBA students, address any concerns you may have, and make sure we understand the next steps and timing in your hiring process. If you need to depart immediately for the airport, we will arrange a mutually convenient time to debrief over the phone.
