Smart Printing Initiative

Owen's Net Impact chapter kicked off the Smart Printing Initiative by displaying a tree that was made out of wasted paper collected from printers over the past few weeks. The display is part of any educational campaign aimed at discouraging unnecessary printing. The goal of this initiative is to reduce the amount of paper wasted at Owen and to promote responsible consumption. The initiave also comes with a challenge for Owen students to decrease their paper usage by 25% by the end of the year. The money saved will be used to purchase paper with a higher recycled content.
