Real Estate Career Symposium
This event consists of panels of speakers including investment bankers, commercial and residential developers, commercial brokers, and REIT executives. The day's events also include a networking lunch and site visits to Nashville's most innovative commercial developments.

RealNet: This event is held monthly and provides an ongoing opportunity for current students and Owen real estate alums to develop their personal networks in the real estate industry.

Company Visits: Visits to real estate companies in Nashville and other cities during Owen recruiting trips. Club members have the opportunity to meet with real estate firms and high-level professionals.

Advisory Board Networking Receptions: These receptions are held throughout the year and provide an opportunity for the real estate club members to network and learn from the advisory board members.

NAIOP Breakfast Meetings: Each month the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) sponsors a breakfast meeting for local area real estate professionals. The typical program includes a keynote speaker of interest to the real estate community. All Vanderbilt Real Estate Club members are invited to attend these meetings free of charge.

Property Tours: Various property tours are scheduled throughout the year, an example of this event was the tour of 2525 West End Avenue, which is a signature Hines property located in Nashville.

Speakers: Throughout the year the real estate club sponsors speakers to discuss their projects and current events influencing the real estate industry.

Monopoly Night: This is an annual school wide event where students participate in a Monopoly tournament with all proceeds going to a Nashville based charity. Sponsors of this event are leaders of the local real estate community.

Argus Real Estate Valuation Software Training: Argus is the real estate industry's standard valuation software package for projected modeling. The real estate club in conjunction with the Dean's office and the CMC sponsor a day long training session to provide additional skills for our members.
