Competitors from fifteen top graduate programs competed in UNC Kenan-Flagler’s real estate development case competition, judged by a panel of industry leaders. Each team created a development plan, including financial analysis, a basic site plan, and a project timeline. The Owen team placed second behind NYU. Other competing schools included Emory, Wharton, Chicago, Columbia, Tuck, Georgia, Ross, Kellogg, Rice, McCombs, UCLA, Kenan-Flagler, and Darden.
